I just wanted to share some info for an upcoming fund raising shoot that I am involved with this coming Saturday. We are doing a fundraiser for ARF-LA which rescues stray, abandoned, & surrendered pet and finds loving homes for them. I have two rescued dogs of my own so this is something that is near and dear to my heart…

I just wanted to put up a quick post as we are right in the middle of moving into our new office. I am super excited about the new place and can’t wait to share some pictures (the before and after will blow you away)! For the next couple (and last couple) of days we are pretty much living out of boxes, so I may be slightly behind on email from the last week.

I have been shooting a bit for my good friend and gown designer Suzanne Perron, finishing up a project that will turn into a book published by LSU press. Needless to say, it has been amazing to work on and I was so honored that she chose me to work with her. A couple of weeks ago she called me ecstatic that one of her gowns had made it to the finals for a brides.com competition.
This past week we had the chance to photograph the gown again and I just wanted to post a link to the competition. …
I got a text last week from a friend letting me know that I had been nominated for The Times of Acadiana “Best of Acadiana” in the Photographer Category! I was so excited that I had to go and see for it myself :) Anyways, I just wanted to post a quick link to it on my blog and I just wanted to ask everyone to go online to vote for me :)
