Saturday morning dance10.25.2010
Just a couple from a recent morning at CafĂ© Des Amis in Breaux Bridge, LA. If you ever have the chance to go out for their Saturday morning, “Zydeco Breakfast”, it is truly like stepping into the past. It is one of the few places where you get a sense that things have been the same for the last 20 years. Very little other places will you see no division between sex, social status, or color in Louisiana.
Just a few of my favorites from the morning.
Blessings.
Jason

Comment by jasoncohenphoto — 10.28.2010I’m amazed at how well the first photo captures the mindset (at least as I see it) of Saturdays at Cafe Des Amis. I feel as though the smirk on his face tells of the effortless fun and enjoyment that building creates on those adventurous mornings! Great capture J.
