I had the chance to spend some time in New York City this past week shooting, both personally and for clients, and it was so refreshing to spend so much time in front of the camera. I had such a blast just looking out for the small things and shooting strangers on the subway. One of the most amazing things that I realized was that every time I would see something it was for the first time, and I would try and shoot it as if it was completely new to me. Previously unknown. Some how I need to figure out how to approach everything that I shoot like this.

I got a chance to spend a couple days in Vegas with friends at WPPI and was able to do some shooting. I will be out of town this coming week for some shoots in NYC and some personal shooting. I will be updating my blog every 2 days so make sure to check back! Here are just a couple..

The had a red velvet ropes in the front of the house and everyone did an incredible job in decorating. These are a few of my favorites…

I really like how the shoes and the one where they’re walking on the sidewalk by the oak tree came out. I <3 <3 <3 ts lenses. Canon just came out with two new ones. Soo sweet. :)

So jealous you are in NEW YORK right now. Go see Billy Elliot. I worked with the dance captain of that show. He is amazing. Gregg Grahm is his name. Eat at carnige deli and get some cheese cake there. Also you can get discount broadway tickets the day of at a TKTS booth near times square.
